A community policing initiative aimed at building trust and encouraging applications to
the Met Police from ethnic minorities. Included outreach events, social media campaigns,
and career talks.

 Increased interest in Met Police careers
 Over 1,300 applications submitted via the platform
 Recognised by the Met for outstanding community work
